This is Lollipop, a char for #Lively-Sweets ^^ she's based off of Watermellon Lollipop XD her abilities include the lollipops on her head spinning and hypnotizing people, and being able to use the lollipop she carries for a blunt XD I like this character c: and with a new outfit~ btw her personality is sweet, but really shy at first.
